Sending email to xplanner users

As of 0.7b?, xplanner provides a simple web mail interface to send notification emails:

1. Log in as a sysadmin user
2. Go to People page
3. Click on Send email
4. Enter subject and body (HTML is allowed in body)
5. Click Send

The email will be sent to all registered users with email.
