Watch the Space

You can receice email notification on any changes in the entire space by turning the "Watch" feature on. Here are the steps:

1. From any page, click on the link Browse Space (right top menu):
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. At the bottom left corner click on Start watching this space

Watch a page

Any page have a Watch link on the right corner. Click on it if you want to receive change notification on that page only.

Note: if you are already watching the space, that link won't be available.

Read the space RSS feeds

Confluence generates RSS feeds for create/update page and create post/comment. Here are the steps to get the RSS urls:

1. From any page, click on the link Browse Space (right top menu):
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. At the bottom left corner click on RSS Feeds
4. The 4 links represent the RSS feed address you can add to your favorite rss aggregator

Get digest emails

Confluence also generate daily digest of any changes:

1. Click on "profile" (top right corner)
2. Select the Notifications tab
3. Turn on "Send me daily change report email"

Using the builtin comments

This is well suited for general comments on the entire content of the page. If you need to give specific comments on several parts of the document, inline comments are usually better.
